If The Product is Damaged or Broken

If the product is broken or damaged at the time of delivery, you must call and notify us while the deliveryman is in front. You can call us on 01615757071. Then you can return the product at no cost. Must return with package and accessories.

If The Product is Defective

If the product is defective, we need to be notified within 2 days.
However, in this case, you have to send us some attached evidence.
All you have to do is ——

>Pictures on the back and front of the defective product
>Order ID
>Clear video of the defective product

In this case, the video must be given. Only screenshots or pictures are not acceptable. If the product is found to be defective, you can attach the required accessories to the product and return it within 2 days. Your order will be considered as a refund within 2 working days of return. Otherwise, you can also do product replacement if you wish (subject to having stock).

If the product quality is not as expected

Since the products come directly from manufacturers or suppliers in different countries, it is not possible for us to test the quality of the product in advance.

However, we recommend that you consider the following to understand quality –

>The price of the product
>Product pictures or videos
>Product reviews

If the quality does not meet your expectations after receiving the product, you can still let us know. But inform us within 48 hours. Our Complaints Department will then verify the veracity of your complaint and notify you of a replacement or refund.

If the quantity of the ordered product is inconsistent or incorrect.

If at the time of receipt you see that the product does not match your
order or quantity is less, please contact us with the delivery man in front.
A refund will be given within 3 working days of notification.

Again, if you want to replace the product, then you have to wait 2-3 days
(for regular items), 7-25 days (for global items) (subject to stock).
However, you do not have to pay any additional delivery charges for this.

No such complaint will be accepted after the delivery man has left for the global item only.

If the product is no longer “needed”

If after ordering it happens that you no longer need the product, then a refund is not eligible.

Once the order is confirmed via the website or phone, or Social Media,
it will be considered “final” and the shipping process will begin immediately.

In this case, neither cancellation nor refund will be considered.

If the color of the product does not match the picture or video

Our products are overseas items. So the picture or video of the product is edited and uploaded on the website. In that case, the picture or video of the product may not match 100 percent.

However, we will do our best to match 90-95 percent with the pictures and videos of the product.

However, if the color of the product you ordered does not match the order, you must notify us within 24 hours. Our Complaints Department will review your complaint and try to resolve this issue within the next 3 working days.

If the shipment is late!

Shipment time varies according to product size, weight, stock, and customer location. Scheduled shipment time is mentioned on our product page.

Yet no unexpected cause such as; If delivery is not possible within 7-25 days due to natural disasters, epidemics, political issues, etc., in that case, we will take maximum 45 day’s to complete your order. if we can’t make it within 45 days, we will refund Within 3 Day’s. we will try to resolve the issue with the customer by explaining the exact reason for the delay.

However, if there is a delay in receiving the product after the product ordered from our Dhaka Warehouse is out, then the condition of refund is not applicable.

If the product gets stuck during transit,

Since the products have to be brought to the country through customs clearance, some products may not be directly discounted in this process from time to time or the customs authority may keep them for re-verification.

It is not possible for us to know this in advance. In this case, if your product cannot be released, you will be notified by our office and the payable price of your product will be cashback within 2-3 working days.

Delivery charge:

>Delivery charge within Dhaka City is 60 Taka,

outside of Dhaka 120 Takaby courier, In the case of ordering goods outside of Dhaka, the delivery charge has to be pay advance first. The rest of the amount has to be paid in cash on delivery.

Our Delivery Process:

We do not have our own delivery man. We deliver by third party service. So we take 1 to 2 days.

Things to do during delivery:

Since we deliver the product through a third-party service, please check the product at the time of delivery.

If you see any defect in the product or find the wrong product, please let us know in front of the Delivery Man (01615757071 – 11 am to 8 pm).

When the delivery man leaves, it becomes difficult for us to return or replace the product.

After opening the product:

After removing the product, if there is any defect in it, we will replace it for free as soon as possible.

We have real images and videos of all the products on our Website. If you want, our support team will provide images or videos again.

To return:
After opening the packet, if there is any defect in it, we will replace it for free. But if you want to return the product because you dislike it, you must pay the delivery charge.
